embellished talk: embroidery workshop

Step into your soft craft era with a hand embroidery workshop hosted by textile artist Rebeckah Kemi Apara, taking place in The Snug at One Hundred Shoreditch's Lobby Bar. Get creative and let your hands do the talking. Rebeckah will guide you through decorative stitching techniques as you embroider your own cotton napkin with fun designs. Think slow moments, tactile therapy, and something meaningful to take home. No experience needed. Just show up and everything you need will be waiting for you.
Class price: £20, includes all material required

Rebeckah Kemi Apara is an embroidery designer from London. She studied fashion textiles at London College of Fashion and taught herself how to embroider after she graduated. She set up her platform Embellished Talk in 2016 and has produced embroidery and events for GANNI, H&M, Fiorucci, Nike and many other brands. You can follow and see more of her work here.
