Kaso blends the relaxed rhythm of the Mediterranean and Aegean regions with the energy of East London - channelling year-round sun-soaked vibes alongside killer cocktails and an eclectic, club classics playlist with DJs spinning every Friday and Saturday night. Our cocktail list was crafted with heady Med summers in mind. Think botanical ingredients, fruity infusions, and a kick of spice for sips that taste like summer - day or night.

Try the signature Spicy Marg with Patrón Silver, agave and jalapeños, or Crimson Kiss, a bold mix of Bacardi Carta Blanca, strawberry puree, apple & pineapple juice.  

Prefer booze-free? Try Sky Blaze, Seedlip Garden 108, apple juice and passionfruit puree, or our Crimson Buji with Seedlip Grove 42, strawberry puree, apple & pineapple juice.

Chef Ilknur Celik brings her Istanbul roots to life with Eastern Med-inspired sharing plates inspired by the rich fusion of cultures and flavours she grew up with.

Kick things off with our crowd-favourite Muhammara & Flatbread, move to the grill for Harissa Chicken Shish, and then go all in with the juicy Lamb Fritters paired with cocktails inspired by the Aegean.

The Med is as known for its tranquil seas as it is it parties. And while we can't bring the sea to Shoreditch, we know how to get the party to Kaso.
