f*ck being humble: celebrating slow progress

wednesday 21 may

Join us at East 2, lvl 7, One Hundred Shoreditch, for "Celebrating Slow Progress", a fireside chat between founder and author Stefanie Sword-Williams and artist, Somatics coach, and facilitator Poonam Dhuffer. During the event we will explore the value of incremental growth and the power of patience in achieving meaningful change. We will look beyond instant gratification, and highlight the importance of slow, deliberate progress in our personal and professional lives. The speakers will reflect on their own journeys, sharing stories of perseverance, learning from setbacks, and the quiet victories that often go unnoticed. The chat encourages attendees to embrace the beauty of steady, sustainable progress and to find inspiration in the small steps that lead to big, lasting change. Throughout the evening, we will encourage the audience to reflect on questions and activities so they can leave the room feeling uplifted and supported.
