Booking
do you have a loyalty program?

making, cancelling & amending a booking
You can amend your reservation online, or alternatively contact our reservations team directly here.
what is the cancellation policy?
Policies can vary for special offers and packages. Please review the booking description of your reservation. If you have booked a flexible rate, cancellations must be made before 6pm the day prior to arrival. If you cancel after 6pm the day prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Fully pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. For more information regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

what times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3pm and you may check-out until 12 noon on your day of departure.
does the hotel have 24-hour reception?
Yes our team are available 24-hours a day.
can I store luggage at the hotel?
Luggage storage is available to guests of the hotel through the Front Desk at no charge. Luggage can be held at the hotel during your stay for up to 24 hours after departure. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored. After 24 hours, storage fees will apply.
early check-in & late check-out
Early check-in is subject to availability on the day and extra fees may apply. Late check-out is also subject to availability and extra fees may apply. Late check out can only be requested on the day of departure.
parking
is hotel parking available?
We have very limited parking at the hotel which is available on a first-come, first served basis. There is no pre-booking, so please check in with our front desk team on the day you arrive to see what's available. Parking fees are £55 per night (3pm - 12pm).
is parking available nearby?
Yes, Euro Car Park is a 1 min walk on the opposite side of the road (please note there are food festivals held here on Saturdays during the summer). Please contact us in advance for alternatives.
does the hotel have EV charging stations?
We do not have these at the property, however Euro Car Park opposite has EV charging stations.
getting to & from the hotel
do you offer a shuttle service?
We don’t offer a shuttle service, but our team can arrange private transportation for you on request.
can you organise transportation for me?
Let us know what support you need and we are happy to assist where possible.
how do I reach the hotel and where is the entrance?
The hotel entrance is directly on Shoreditch High Street. Liverpool Street Station is a 15 minute walk or short taxi journey, and Old Street Station is also a 15 minute walk or short taxi journey.
does the hotel have bicycles available?
We do not offer bicycles, however there are many dockless cycle hire options available nearby such as Lime Bike, where you can find, unlock and rent bikes using a smartphone app.
what is the nearest station?
Shoreditch High Street Overground station (Windrush line - orange), Old Street Underground station (Northern line - black) and Liverpool Street Underground & National Rail stations are the closest stations to the hotel. Liverpool Street station provides the Stansted Express to Stansted Airport, the Elizabeth line, London Overground, and several London Underground lines, including the Central, Circle, and Metropolitan lines.
payments
do I need to provide credit card details
Yes, a valid credit card is required at check-in. In addition to room and tax, an additional £50 per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges. Guests must be 18+ with valid I.D. to check-in.
which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted (except Maestro). We do not accept personal checks.
can charges be settled by a third party?
Yes it is possible for a third party to settle your bill, however this should be arranged in advance of your stay via our Reservations team.
can I pre-pay for a booking
Yes pre-payment is possible, please contact our Reservations team in advance of the stay.
are gift vouchers available for purchase?
One Hundred Shoreditch Gift Cards are available to purchase here.
what is the 5% accommodation service charge?
A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed amongst our front and back-of-house teams for the service they provided during your stay.
can I receive a final bill upon check-out
Yes, a final bill can be sent to you via email upon check-out. Please contact our Front of House team at hello@onehundredshoreditch.com if you require an invoice after departure.

does the hotel offer breakfast
Yes, we offer bed and breakfast packages which you can book online, or with our Reservations team. You may also request to add Breakfast upon check-in. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant.
does the hotel offer room service?
Room Service is available from Sticks N Sushi daily and may be ordered by scanning the QR code on your in-room TV or calling directly down to the restaurant.
what features are included in the rooms?
All of our rooms and suites offer complimentary tea & coffee, Samsung TVs with Chromecast compatibility for custom streaming. All bathrooms offer D.S. & Durga ‘Debaser’ products. is it possible to arrange additional amenities or gifts?

do you have bathtubs in the rooms?
Yes, some rooms are equipped with bathtubs. If you would like to check availability for a room with a bath, please contact us with your booking confirmation reference at hello@onehundredshoreditch.com.
do you have rooms where I can open the windows?
Certain room types have windows that open. Waivers must be signed for certain room categories.
what restaurant and bar facilities are available at the hotel?
Our lobby bar, Sticks'N'Sushi and Origin Coffee are open 7 days a week.
Seed Library is open Wednesday to Sunday.
Kaso is open Thursday to Saturday.

are vegetarian and vegan options available?
Yes, vegetarian and vegan options are available on our menus.
can dietary preferences and allergies be accommodated?
Yes, dietary preferences and allergies be accommodated.
are your bedrooms non-smoking?
One Hundred Shoreditch is a non-smoking property (this includes e-cigarettes & vapes). Smoking is permitted outside the hotel, and cigarette posts are provided for guest use. A fine of £350 will be issued if guests are found to have smoked in their rooms.
do you have wheelchair accessible rooms and outlets?
We have accessible rooms that we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Please visit our accessibility page for more information.
are you a dog friendly hotel?
One Hundred Shoreditch is a dog-friendly hotel for pets weighing 20lbs or less. We charge £35 per stay for your pet to join you during your time with us - and provide a dog bed and bowl. Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a Pet Waiver and make a deposit payment of £100 per pet. Pets should never be left unattended in any area of the hotel, including guest rooms. are your restaurant & bars dog friendly?
Accompanied dogs are welcome in the Lobby bar, Kaso rooftop, Sticks'n'Sushi and Origin Coffee shop. Dogs are not permitted in our fitness facilities or Seed Library. We ask that our Pet Code of Conduct is observed during your stay for the comfort of your pet and other guests.

is the hotel suitable for families
We offer interconnecting Family Rooms and baby cribs/cots are available on request. Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant has a child-friendly menu that is also available via Room Service. Only the Lobby bar and Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant allows access for children. All other bars are suitable for guests over 18.
can I have an extra bed in my room?
A fee of 50 GBP applies to have a rollaway bed added to a room. Please note, rollaway beds are subject to availability and only certain room types are able to accommodate an additional bed.
does the hotel offer connecting rooms?
Yes, we offer connecting rooms which are available to book in advance for groups of up to six guests.
are there any age restrictions?
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room at One Hundred Shoreditch. Minors should stay at the hotel with company aged 18 and above. Service of alcoholic beverages is restricted to those aged 18 years and above (with valid ID).
is it possible to store breast milk in your fridges?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service at present.

do you have international power adaptors?
Yes, adaptors are available to purchase from the minibar in-room.
is there a lost & found?
Yes, we offer a Lost Property service. We can send forgotten items back to you, or arrange onsite pickup. Please note that arrangements and postage costs will be your responsibility. Items will be kept for at least one month, depending on their value.
can I store medication at the hotel?
We do not offer this service currently.
who do I contact if I want to book an event at the hotel?

will the hotel accept packages addressed to me before I arrive?
We accept packages for guests staying in the hotel when the booking is under their name. Charges will apply to hold packages that arrive outside of your stay dates.

where is the closest pharmacy or essentials store?
Judds Pharmacy is at 73 Pitfield Street, London N1 6BT. Tesco Express supermarket across the road is ideal for essentials.
what local restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the hotel?
Kaso bar & kitchen is on the rooftop of One Hundred Shoreditch. Seed Library cocktail bar is in the basement of the hotel. Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant is on the ground floor. Nearby, try Smoking Goat (Thai food); Flat Iron Spitalfields (Steak); Sagardi (Basque food); Dishoom (Indian food); The Cocktail Club; The Light Bar.

what fitness and wellness facilities are available for all guests?
Located on the lower level of the hotel, our Studio Gym is equipped with two Peloton Bikes, two running machines and free weights. Complimentary towels and water are provided.
are there running and cycling routes around the hotel?
Yes, please ask the Front of House team for our Green Spaces Map.
does the property have a hypoallergenic offering?
For a more comfortable stay, hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request. Just let us know prior to or during your stay and our Housekeeping team will assist.

does the property have 24-hour security?
Yes, we have 24-hour security for any and all needs.
does the property have a responsible sourcing policy?
One Hundred Shoreditch is aligned with Lore Group's Responsible Sourcing policy for all procurement of goods and services.
does the property use renewable energy?
One Hundred Shoreditch partners with Good Energy, a Green Energy Company that works with multiple PPA suppliers across the country. 100% of our electricity is renewable.
does the property measure its carbon footprint?
One Hundred Shoreditch measures and has third party assurance of all Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO22 emissions. The property partially measures Scope 3 Co2e emissions.
does the property have any sustainability/green certifications?

does the hotel make a donation for booked rooms?
Through Lore Group’s partnership with Made Blue, every room night sold across our hotels funds 100 litres of clean, fresh water.
