what times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3pm and you may check-out until 12 noon on your day of departure.
is there the option for early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability and extra fees may apply. Please contact the front desk team in advance of your stay.
is there the option for late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability and extra fees may apply. Please contact the front desk team in advance of your stay.
can you store my luggage?
Luggage assistance and storage is available to guests of the hotel through the front desk and guest services team. Luggage can be held at the hotel for up to 24 hours after departure at no extra cost. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored over 24 hours after departure.
do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
We have accessible rooms that we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Please visit our accessibility page for more information.
can i cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made before 6pm the day prior to arrival. If you cancel after 6pm the day prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Fully pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. An early departure fee of £50 will be charged if guests check out prior to their departure date. Policies can vary for special offers and packages. can i bring my dog?
One Hundred Shoreditch is happy to be a dog-friendly hotel. We charge £35 per stay for your pet to join you during your time with us - and provide a dog bed, dog bowl and a special little treat for your pet. Find out more here, and see what restaurants and bars allow dogs.
is there parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available at £55 per day. However, spaces are limited, so please contact our Guest Engagement team to arrange parking.
do i need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit of £50 per night is required to cover any incidental charges.
will the hotel accept packages addressed to me before I arrive?
Yes, packages will be accepted and held by our front desk team as long as there is an upcoming reservation with a matching name in our system.
is there a lost & found?
Yes, we offer a Lost & Found service. We can ship forgotten items back to you or arrange onsite pickup. Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility. Items will be kept for at least one month, depending on their value.
can you organise transportation for me?
Yes, our Guest Engagement team can arrange transportation for you. Please contact them here for assistance.
can i receive a final bill upon check-out?
Yes, a final bill can be sent directly to you upon check-out. Please reach out to our Guest Engagement team to request this.
do you have bathtubs in the rooms?
Yes, some rooms are equipped with bathtubs. If you would like to request one, please contact our Guest Engagement team for assistance.
when can i order room service?
Our room service hours are:

- All Day: 12pm - 10:45pm
