You can amend your reservation online, or alternatively contact our reservations team directly here. 

Policies can vary for special offers and packages. Please review the booking description of your reservation. If you have booked a flexible rate, cancellations must be made before 6pm the day prior to arrival. If you cancel after 6pm the day prior to arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Fully pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. For more information regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Check-in is available from 3pm and you may check-out until 12 noon on your day of departure.

Yes, our team are available 24-hours a day.

Temporary luggage storage is available to guests on the day of arrival and departure only. At any other time, including during a guest stay, storage fees will apply. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored.

Early check-in is subject to availability on the day and extra fees may apply. Late check-out is also subject to availability and extra fees may apply. Late check out can only be requested on the day of departure.

No digital check in is not available, however check-in at One Hundred Shoreditch begins from 3:00 p.m. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day should you arrive later in the evening or require assistance at any time.

We have very limited parking at the hotel which is available on a first-come, first served basis. There is no pre-booking, so please check in with our front desk team on the day you arrive to see what's available. Parking fees are £55 per night (3pm - 12pm).

Yes, Euro Car Park is a 1 min walk on the opposite side of the road from our East London hotel (please note there are food festivals held here on Saturdays during the summer). Please contact us in advance for alternatives.

We do not have these at the property, however Euro Car Park opposite has EV charging stations.

We don’t offer a shuttle service, but our team can arrange private transportation for you on request.

The hotel entrance is directly on Shoreditch High Street. Liverpool Street Station is a 15 minute walk or short taxi journey, and Old Street Station is also a 15 minute walk or short taxi journey. 

We do not offer bicycles, however there are many dockless cycle hire options available nearby such as Lime Bike, where you can find, unlock and rent bikes using a smartphone app.

Shoreditch High Street Overground station (Windrush line - orange), Old Street Underground station (Northern line - black) and Liverpool Street Underground & National Rail stations are the closest stations to the hotel. Liverpool Street station provides the Stansted Express to Stansted Airport, the Elizabeth line, London Overground, and several London Underground lines, including the Central, Circle, and Metropolitan lines. 

Yes, a valid credit card is required at check-in. In addition to room and tax, an additional £50 per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges. Guests must be 18+ with valid I.D. to check-in.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted (except Maestro). We do not accept personal checks.

Yes it is possible for a third party to settle your bill, however this should be arranged in advance of your stay via our Reservations team.

Yes pre-payment is possible, please contact our Reservations team in advance of the stay.

One Hundred Shoreditch Gift Cards are available to purchase here.

A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed amongst our front and back-of-house teams for the service they provided during your stay at our London lifestyle hotel.

Yes, a final bill can be sent to you via email upon check-out. Please contact our Front of House team at hello@onehundredshoreditch.com if you require an invoice after departure.

Yes. One Hundred Shoreditch offers corporate discounts, group rates, and tailored pricing for business travellers. The hotel also features dedicated meeting rooms and event facilities suitable for corporate needs. For business account set-ups or preferred corporate agreements, please contact our Sales team directly via the event enquiry channel.

Yes, we offer bed and breakfast packages which you can book online, or with our Reservations team. You may also request to add breakfast upon check-in. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant.

Room Service is available from Sticks N Sushi daily and may be ordered by scanning the QR code on your in-room TV or calling directly down to the restaurant.

All of our rooms and suites offer complimentary tea & coffee, Samsung TVs with Chromecast compatibility for custom streaming.  All bathrooms offer D.S. & Durga ‘Debaser’ products. Yes, our hotel team will be happy to make arrangements, please get in touch before your stay. 

Yes, some rooms are equipped with bathtubs. If you would like to check availability for a room with a bath, please contact us with your booking confirmation reference at hello@onehundredshoreditch.com. 

Certain room types have windows that open. Waivers must be signed for certain room categories.

One Hundred Shoreditch offer a variety of dining options for both our hotel guests and daily visitors. Our lobby bar, Sticks'N'Sushi and Origin Coffee are open 7 days a week.
Seed Library is open Wednesday to Sunday.
Kaso is open Thursday to Saturday.

Yes, vegetarian and vegan options are available on our menus.

Yes, dietary preferences and allergies be accommodated.

One Hundred Shoreditch is a non-smoking property (this includes e-cigarettes & vapes). Smoking is permitted outside the hotel, and cigarette posts are provided for guest use. A fine of £350 will be issued if guests are found to have smoked in their rooms.

We offer wheelchair-accessible rooms with roll-in showers, handrails, lowered sinks, and extra space, plus lifts to all public areas including rooftop and bars. Street-level entrance with drop-off; book directly by calling +44 (0) 207 613 9801. 

One Hundred Shoreditch is a dog-friendly hotel in London for pets weighing 20lbs or less. We charge £35 per stay for your pet to join you during your time with us - and provide a dog bed and bowl. Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a Pet Waiver and make a deposit payment of £100 per pet. Pets should never be left unattended in any area of the hotel, including guest rooms. Accompanied dogs are welcome in the Lobby bar, Kaso rooftop, Sticks'n'Sushi and Origin Coffee shop. Dogs are not permitted in our fitness facilities or Seed Library. We ask that our Pet Code of Conduct is observed during your stay for the comfort of your pet and other guests. 

Smart casual across venues. Rooftop Kaso and Seed Library prefer neat attire (no sportswear or flip-flops evenings); Sticks'n'Sushi and lobby bar more relaxed.

Yes, at the hotel you can enjoy comfortable room desks, high-speed WiFi throughout, six versatile event spaces, lobby worktables with USB ports, and our unbeatable Shoreditch location near major stations.

We offer interconnecting Family Rooms and baby cribs/cots are available on request. Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant has a child-friendly menu that is also available via Room Service. Only the Lobby bar and Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant allows access for children. All other bars are suitable for guests over 18. 

A fee of 50 GBP applies to have a rollaway bed added to a room. Please note, rollaway beds are subject to availability and only certain room types are able to accommodate an additional bed.

Yes, we offer connecting rooms which are available to book in advance for groups of up to six guests. 

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room at One Hundred Shoreditch. Minors should stay at the hotel with company aged 18 and above. Service of alcoholic beverages is restricted to those aged 18 years and above (with valid ID).

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service at present.

Yes, OHS provide highchairs in Sticks'n'Sushi, baby cots on request, child-friendly menus (room service too), and baby changing facilities. Kids are welcome in the Lobby bar and restaurant (18+ for other bars). 

Yes, adaptors are available to purchase from the minibar in-room.

Yes, please arrange onsite pick-up, or guests are welcome to arrange postage or co-ordinate a courier to collect any lost or forgotten items. Lost or forgotten items will be kept at the hotel for a maximum of one month.

We do not offer this service currently.

We accept packages for guests staying in the hotel when the booking is under their name. Charges will apply to hold packages that arrive outside of your stay dates.

Judds Pharmacy is at 73 Pitfield Street, London N1 6BT. Tesco Express supermarket across the road is ideal for essentials.

Kaso bar & kitchen is on the rooftop of One Hundred Shoreditch. Seed Library cocktail bar is in the basement of the hotel. Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant is on the ground floor. Nearby, try Smoking Goat (Thai food); Flat Iron Spitalfields (Steak); Sagardi (Basque food); Dishoom (Indian food); The Cocktail Club; The Light Bar.

Located on the lower level of the hotel, our Studio Gym is equipped with two Peloton Bikes, two running machines and free weights. Complimentary towels and water are provided.

For a more comfortable stay, hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request. Just let us know prior to or during your stay and our housekeeping team will assist.

While we don't have a full-service spa, our Studio Gym partners with Therabody for Theragun Pro percussive massage devices available at £35 per day to aid recovery and relaxation. 

Yes, we have 24-hour security for any and all needs.

One Hundred Shoreditch measures and has third party assurance of all Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO22 emissions. The property partially measures Scope 3 Co2e emissions.

Yes. The rooftop at Kaso offers panoramic views across East London and is available for private hire. The space can host events independently or alongside the hotel’s meeting rooms, accommodating up to 300 guests.

Yes. North One and North Two provide residential-style spaces with natural light, ideal for board meetings, private dinners, and brainstorming sessions. North One accommodates up to 16 guests, while North Two hosts up to 14. 

Yes. Seed Library, the hotel’s basement cocktail bar created by Mr Lyan, is available for private events and can host up to 120 guests. The space is also popular for photoshoots and creative launches in London.

Yes. The Snug within the Lobby Bar offers a semi-private setting for up to 30 guests, perfect for intimate celebrations or group gatherings.
